REFUNDS 

In the event that goods are delivered damaged please inform us in writing within 48 hours of receipt to wenddias@yahoo.com. Please include photographic evidence of the damage.

EXCHANGE
Exchanges can be accommodated, however this will only be on the condition that the product is unused, still in packaging and returned to us within 14 working days in a re-saleable condition. Cost of return postage will be at the buyer's cost.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at wenddias@yahoo.com and we will offer you a full refund.

Unfortunately if we have already shipped the products your order cannot be cancelled, however it may be returned under our exchange policy.
